I had such a great time with Lauren and Jeremy over the weekend.  They are such a cute couple, and I love the way Jeremy is always making Lauren laugh!

Lauren & Jeremy began dating in high school.  Back then, she made him a ring.  How cool is that? the ring she made him + the ring he proposed with.  :)

When Sarah & Brian asked to have their photos done at the Morton Arboretum I was so excited.

Since they are getting married in Chicago next year, they preferred something very different from a city shoot.  This was the perfect setting for just that. The colors were absolutely perfect, and I am so glad the weather cooperated!

Lauren & James | Adler Planetarium Engagement | Chicago, IL

I was so excited about this session.  I shot Laura's cousin's wedding a couple of years ago.

I wasn't surprised when Lauren & James ended up being just as awesome as Tara & Jason! Here are a few favorites from their engagement session.

First we headed to North Avenue Beach. I love it there in the morning!

Then we headed over to the Adler Planetarium where you can see the entire Chicago skyline.  So gorgeous!

This is actually the spot where James proposed.

They were on a date at Adler After Dark , and James brings her outside and gets down on one knee.  So romantic!

I am SO excited to blog this engagement session.  Samantha & Jamie are such a fun couple.

We headed over to Cantigny Park in Wheaton which is one of my favorite places to shoot. It offers so much variety and the evening light is so gorgeous!
